Terms of Service
CS Glory LLC
Effective Date: April 3, 2026 Last Updated: April 3, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and CS Glory LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("CS Glory," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the CS Glory platform, including the website at csglory.com, the API at api.csglory.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.
Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms through clickwrap consent. We require affirmative acceptance at account creation. For updates to these Terms, see Section 20.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or use the Service. This age requirement reflects the minimum age required by Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement, which governs the Steam account required to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16.
If we discover that a User is under 16, we will promptly terminate the account and delete associated personal data.
2.2 Steam Account Requirement
The Service requires authentication through a valid Steam account. You must have a Steam account in good standing to use CS Glory. You represent that your Steam account is your own and that you are authorized to link it to a CS Glory account.
2.3 One Account Per Person
You may maintain only one CS Glory account. Creating multiple accounts ("smurfing") to manipulate rankings, evade bans, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
2.4 Jurisdiction Restrictions
We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions where the Service or specific features (such as entry-fee competitions) are prohibited by local law. You are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
3. Description of Service
CS Glory is a third-party competitive matchmaking platform for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive ("CS:GO"). The Service provides:
- Matchmaking: Skill-based competitive match queuing with Elo rating
- Game Servers: Dedicated CS:GO servers hosted across multiple regions
- Player Profiles: Statistics tracking, match history, and leaderboards
- Social Features: Friends list, direct messaging, party system, notifications
- Inventory System: Virtual cosmetic items earned through gameplay, achievements, or events
- Skin Loadout: Server-side application of CS:GO skins the User owns in their Steam inventory
- Match Highlights: Automated highlight clip generation via third-party services
3.1 Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer
The Service relies on third-party services, including but not limited to the Steam Web API, Valve's Game Server Login Token (GSLT) system, and Cloudflare infrastructure. These services may change, become unavailable, or revoke access at any time for any reason. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of features that depend on third-party services, and we are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party service changes.
3.2 Not Affiliated with Valve
CS Glory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS:GO, CS2, Steam, and the Steam logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Account and Security
4.1 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@csglory.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
4.2 Account Data
When you create an account, we collect data from your Steam profile, including your Steam ID, display name, and avatar. Additional profile information (username, bio, region, social handles) is optional and provided at your discretion. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and processing.
4.3 Account Termination by You
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting privacy@csglory.com. Upon deletion:
- Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Your match history and gameplay statistics will be anonymized but retained for competitive integrity purposes (leaderboard accuracy, Elo calculations)
- Any active premium subscription will be cancelled with no refund for the current billing period
- Virtual items associated with your account will be permanently revoked
4.4 Account Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
- Extended inactivity exceeding 24 months (we will send at least 30 days' notice before terminating an account for inactivity)
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Protecting the safety, integrity, or security of the Service or its users
For EU/EEA users: In compliance with the EU Digital Services Act, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason for suspension or termination, the evidence relied upon, whether automated tools were involved, and information about your right to appeal (see Section 13).
5. Premium Subscription
5.1 Subscription Plans
CS Glory may offer premium subscription plans ("Premium") with additional convenience and cosmetic features, including faster Glory earning, access to CS Glory-issued loadout cosmetics while subscribed, profile cosmetics when available, and other benefits as described at the time of purchase. Premium does not grant Elo boosts, matchmaking priority, or competitive gameplay advantages.
5.2 Billing and Renewal
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We will send a renewal confirmation upon each charge. We will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before any price increase takes effect. You will also receive an annual reminder of your subscription status, price, and how to cancel.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is self-service and requires no more than two steps.
Upon cancellation:
- Your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid billing period
- No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing period
- Subscription-gated features (Glory multiplier, Premium loadout access, active subscriber badges, profile cosmetics, and other active Premium perks) deactivate when the paid period ends
- Cosmetic items earned or unlocked during your active subscription period remain permanently in your inventory
5.4 Refund Policy
Within 14 days of initial purchase (unused): If you have not used any Premium features (no matches played with Premium benefits, no Premium-exclusive items redeemed), you are entitled to a full refund. For EU/EEA users, this satisfies the statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.
Within 14 days of initial purchase (used): If you have accessed Premium features during the 14-day period, no refund is owed, provided the EU checkout consent flow was properly completed (see Section 5.5).
After 14 days: No refunds. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Accidental renewal: If you forgot to cancel and request a refund within 72 hours of a renewal charge, and you have not used any Premium features during the new billing period, we will issue a one-time courtesy refund. This courtesy is limited to one per account lifetime.
5.5 EU/EEA Checkout Consent
For users in the European Economic Area, at the point of purchase you will be asked to provide separate, explicit consent to begin receiving Premium services immediately, and to acknowledge that doing so waives your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. This consent is required before your Premium subscription activates. A confirmation email summarizing these terms will be sent on a durable medium.
A clearly labeled "Withdraw from this contract" option will be available in your account settings, in compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) as amended.
5.6 Virtual Items
All virtual items available through the Service - including cosmetic skins, badges, profile decorations, and other digital content - are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these items within the Service. You have no ownership or property interest in any virtual items, regardless of how you acquired them.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or replace virtual items at any time. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, sold, or transferred outside the Service.
Distinction from Steam skins: Steam skins applied through the skin loadout feature (Section 7) remain your property as defined by Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement. CS Glory does not claim ownership of your Steam inventory items. The "licensed, not sold" language in this section applies only to CS Glory-issued virtual items (badges, profile decorations, granted cosmetics), not to your Steam skins.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content
"User Content" means any content you create, submit, or transmit through the Service, including chat messages, profile information, and any feedback or suggestions.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant CS Glory a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purposes of providing, developing, and improving the Service.
6.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.
6.3 Chat Messages
Direct messages between users are stored for delivery and moderation purposes. We may review chat messages in response to reports of Acceptable Use Policy violations. We do not proactively monitor private message content but reserve the right to do so for safety and compliance purposes.
6.4 Match Data and Recordings
All match data, gameplay statistics, Elo ratings, and match recordings (demos and highlight clips) generated through the Service are owned by CS Glory. We may use this data for purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service, including public display on leaderboards, statistical analysis, promotional materials, product development, and training anti-cheat AI models with our partner ChrononLabs. Match data shared for AI training purposes is anonymized prior to transfer.
6.5 Unsolicited Ideas
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback regarding the Service without our solicitation, you grant us, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such ideas without compensation or attribution.
7. Skin Loadout Feature
7.1 How It Works
The skin loadout feature allows the CS:GO game server to apply cosmetic skins that you own in your Steam inventory during competitive matches. This is done entirely server-side through game server configuration. Your game client is never modified.
7.2 Steam Inventory Verification
Skin application is limited to skins verified as owned in your Steam inventory via the Steam Web API. We do not create, duplicate, or fabricate skin ownership.
7.3 Availability
The skin loadout feature depends on continued access to the Steam Web API and the CS:GO game server's configuration capabilities. Either may change or become unavailable at any time. If Steam Web API access is revoked or restricted, this feature may be partially or fully disabled without liability to you.
7.4 No Real-World Value
Skins applied through the CS Glory loadout system have no value independent of the Service. The feature does not constitute ownership, trading, or any transaction in virtual goods.
8. Competitive Integrity
8.1 Fair Play
The Service is built on the principle that match outcomes are determined by player skill. You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises competitive integrity, including but not limited to:
- Cheating: Using unauthorized software, exploits, scripts, macros, bots, or any automated tools that provide an unfair advantage
- Smurfing: Creating or using additional accounts to play against lower-skilled opponents
- Boosting: Allowing another person to play on your account, or playing on another person's account, to inflate or deflate ratings
- Sandbagging: Intentionally performing poorly to manipulate your Elo rating
- Match Fixing: Colluding with opponents to predetermine match outcomes
- Stream Sniping: Exploiting live broadcast information to gain an in-game advantage
- Griefing: Intentionally disrupting teammates' gameplay through team damage, blocking, or deliberate non-participation
- Queue Dodging: Repeatedly abandoning matches or the matchmaking process to avoid certain opponents or maps
8.2 Anti-Cheat
We employ server-side anti-cheat measures to detect and prevent cheating. CS Glory does not install any software on your device or modify your game client. Our anti-cheat operates entirely through server-side analysis of gameplay data.
If third-party anti-cheat tools are integrated in the future, separate consent and a dedicated End User License Agreement will be provided before activation.
8.3 Penalties
Violations of competitive integrity rules are subject to graduated enforcement:
- Warning - for minor first-time offenses
- Temporary cooldown - escalating duration based on offense history (30 minutes to 7 days)
- Temporary suspension - 7 to 90 days for serious or repeated violations
- Permanent suspension - for egregious violations including confirmed cheating, match fixing, or repeated serious offenses
- Hardware restriction - we reserve the right to restrict access at the hardware level for the most severe violations
Penalty details, including escalation schedules and cooldown durations, are defined in the Acceptable Use Policy.
8.4 Disclosure of Cheaters
We reserve the right to publicly disclose the identities (in-game names and Steam IDs) of Users found to have cheated. This disclosure serves the legitimate interest of maintaining competitive integrity and deterring cheating.
8.5 Cross-Platform Enforcement
Ban information may be shared with affiliated platforms or services for the purpose of cross-platform enforcement of competitive integrity standards.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 CS Glory IP
The Service, including its design, code, features, content, and branding (excluding User Content and third-party content), is owned by CS Glory and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
9.2 Third-Party IP
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, CS:GO, and related game assets are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation. Map names, weapon names, and game terminology are used descriptively under nominative fair use.
9.3 DMCA / Copyright Claims
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a notice to legal@csglory.com containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including but not limited to:
- Elo rating resets and competitive seasons: We may periodically reset rankings, implement competitive seasons, recalibrate the rating system, or adjust matchmaking parameters to maintain competitive health
- Feature changes: We may add, modify, or remove features, game modes, maps, or server regions
- Virtual item changes: We may modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items (see Section 5.6)
- Server infrastructure: We may migrate, add, or remove game server regions based on demand and operational needs
We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable, but operational or security changes may be implemented immediately.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE OUTCOME OF ANY COMPETITIVE MATCH. MATCH RESULTS ARE DETERMINED BY PLAYER PERFORMANCE AND MAY BE AFFECTED BY TECHNICAL ISSUES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NETWORK LATENCY, SERVER PERFORMANCE, AND GAME ENGINE BEHAVIOR.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Exclusion of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CS GLORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
12.2 Liability Cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CS GLORY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO CS GLORY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
12.3 EU/EEA Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory EU/EEA consumer protection rights. For users in the EU/EEA, statutory consumer rights under your local law are not affected by these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by sending a written description of your claim to legal@csglory.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your notice. Neither party may initiate formal proceedings during this period.
13.2 Binding Arbitration (Non-EU Users)
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, and you are not located in the EU/EEA/UK, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim falls within the court's jurisdiction.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND CS GLORY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration section (Section 13) shall be null and void.
13.4 Mass Filing Procedure
If 25 or more Users (or their counsel) file substantially similar arbitration demands against CS Glory within a 60-day period, the following bellwether procedure applies: up to 10 cases shall be selected (5 by each side) to proceed to individual arbitration first. All remaining cases shall be stayed pending the outcome of those initial arbitrations. After the bellwether cases conclude, the parties shall engage in a single mediation session. If unresolved, remaining claims proceed individually.
13.5 Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending written notice to legal@csglory.com within 30 days of creating your account. Your notice must include your name, CS Glory username, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
13.6 EU/EEA/UK Users
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, Sections 13.2, 13.3, and 13.4 do not apply to you. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
13.7 Appeals (Digital Services Act)
For EU/EEA users: If your account is suspended or content is removed, you may appeal through our internal appeals process by contacting legal@csglory.com within 30 days of the action. Your appeal will be reviewed by a person (not solely by automated means) and you will receive a reasoned decision. You also have the right to seek resolution through a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.
14. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS Glory, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) your User Content.
This section does not apply to EU/EEA users to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For EU/EEA users: This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of your habitual residence.
16. Statute of Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including for EU/EEA consumers who retain their statutory limitation periods.
17. Force Majeure
CS Glory shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service disruptions (including but not limited to Valve revoking API keys or GSLT tokens, Cloudflare outages, or game server host failures), cyberattacks, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CS Glory regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will post the updated Terms on the Service with the new effective date
- We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service before the changes take effect
- For material changes that affect your rights, we will require renewed acceptance through a clickwrap mechanism at next login
If you do not accept the updated Terms when prompted, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion. Continued use without accepting updated Terms is not possible - the clickwrap gate prevents it.
